We are unable to accommodate pets (except service animals - please let us know when making reservation).

Check In is 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (call if arrival will be after 9:00)

Check Out is by 10:00 am

Access to the campus is limited to registered guests staying at the Mt. Liberty unless approved by office staff.

Management reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages to the property.

Payment Policy:

A deposit equal to one night and a valid credit card on file is needed to reserve a cabin.

A valid credit card on file is needed to reserve a motel unit.

Cancellation Policy:

Motel- 7 days notice is no charge. Less than 7 days notice, is a 1 night charge. No show and cancellation the day of check in is the full stay amount.

Cabins- Less than 30 day notice 1 night deposit retained. 72 to 24 hour notice 1 night deposit or 50% of entire stay charged, whichever is greater. Less than 24 hour notice 100% of stay charged.

For direct bookings made with Mt. Liberty Lodging we will refund the cancellation fee if we are able to rebook for the length of the reservation minus a $25 processing fee.

No refunds for early check outs.
